Would you like to add Blue Shield Technology? *
Blue shield technology includes a blue light blocker to reduce exposure to potentially harmful light from extended periods using electronic devices like phones, tablets and laptops. It also includes an anti-reflective coating to reduce glare and increase the amount of visible light passing through the lens. Plus toughened surfaces reduce the amount and effect of scratches.

Our Limited Edition Steins by King-Werk of Germany are one of our great treasures. Beginning in the year 2000, King has been creating an extremely limited edition stein each year representing an exact replica from their antique stein collection.
Each of these rare collectors pieces are modelled from the original, antique Marzi & Remy mother molds from the archives of King-Werk in Höhr-Grenzhausen. The series represents Westerwald stein making during the so called “golden age” which spanned the late 19th and early 20th centuries in Germany.  The XL Steins range in size from 1.5-3L and are finished with a handcrafted "falcon style" pewter lid which was designed and crafted in house by King-Werk.
The King Limität beer steins are issued as annual limited Editions with only 2500 pieces made and are individually hand numbered. Once sold out, they can no longer be purchased apart from privately and through auction.
Each Stein comes with a Certificate of Authenticity telling the intriguing story behind the stein, who the Modelleur was, the date of  the original it is replicating and its number in the new replica series of only 2500 made world-wide.

KING-WERK are situated in the Westerwald (Western Forest) of Germany, near the Rhine River and the quaint town of Koblenz, which was once the ancient Roman town of Confluentia as well as part of the famous Limes - the fortified Roman border.

In the very first centuries after Christ (almost 2000 years ago!), archeaologists have found what could be perhaps the oldest roots of pottery creation in the area. Over the centuries, this region of Germany has been known for it's fine clay pottery and exqusite Stein creations.

Backed by generations of Stein making experience and some of the finest craftsmanship to be found, KING Steins are primarily based on designs of antique originals. They are all made of clay from the area, hand painted, and the ornate pewter lids hand crafted and designed in-house. The KING Collection of Old World German, Swiss, Bavarian, Austrian and Tyrolian theme steins offers you a choice of the most original and skillfully designed products available today.

Note that KING also make a beautiful Old World Wine Set for the wine lovers out there.

The trademark KING guarantees the most authentic quality to all admirers and collectors of genuinely handcrafted and hand painted German Steins. Indeed, the majority of their steins are uniquely numbered and are limited edition collector's items.
